Join us at BC Winter Retreat for our second term getaway! It will be an amazing weekend discovering Jesus alongside fellow students from SFU, UBC-Vancouver and UBC-Okanagan and other B.C. post-secondary campuses.

Our theme for this retreat getaway is Calling and Renewal In A Broken World. Join us as we explore what it looks like to participate with God in His work of bringing renewal and restoration to our world as we experience His work in our life. You can look forward to awesome main sessions with musical worship and teaching by our speaker.

Get to know other students during mealtimes, small group discussions and activities like spikeball, volleyball/basketball, and board games!

The cost of BC Winter Retreat includes accommodations in a heated lodge, all meals from Saturday breakfast through to Sunday lunch and activities. Ride tickets are sold separately.

Getting There & Back:

1. Lower Mainland Students:

Friday February 13th Departure Info: Rides will be provided if you purchase a ride ticket @ p2c.sh/ride2026. We will be renting a chartered coach bus and will have a limited number of student volunteer drivers -- vehicles will depart from various locations across the lower mainland on Friday February 13th at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm (based on driver availability). The coach bus will pick up students at two different locations: UBC-AMS NEST Building and at Foodies On Board (next to Production Way-University skytrain station).

Sunday February 15th Departure Info: Retreat will finish at 1pm on Sunday and rides will be organized to return to various spots around the Lower Mainland. Those on the Chartered coach bus will be dropped off at three different drop off locations: Foodies On Board (Production Way-University skytrain stn), Patterson Skytrain Station, or UBC-AMS NEST Building.

What To Bring:

1. Bedding (sleeping bag & pillow)
2. Towel
3. Personal toiletries (including soap)
4. Warm clothing (dress for the weather!)
5. Ear plugs
6. Bible and pen/pencil
7. Gym shoes (optional for gym sports)

If for some reason you have purchased a retreat ticket but are unable to attend, our P2C cancellation policy is as follows:
